Tehran Oxford Language Centre (TOLC) educational system has been based on "Communicative Approach". More emphasis has been placed on conversation which includes grammatical points as well so that learners never feel fatigued. Communicative Approach is one of the novel and effective methods in learning foreign languages. Nowadays most of the accredited educational centres in the whole world apply such a method.

"Simulation" in conversational classes is one of the striking features at TOLC which contributes to learning conversation in various situations (such as restaurants, mall, airport, colleges, universities, taxi, etc…). Through this way, learners imagine themselves in that situation and practice the related statements in the appropriate context.
